Melon Evaluation Licensing Agreement

This version of Melon is provided to you free of charge for evaluation purposes. Should you accept the terms of this agreement, you are granted a personal and non-exclusive right to install and use this version of Melon for evaluation purposes. This license grants you the ability to add up to 10 notes and/or tasks to Melon. After this limit has been reached, you will still be able to view the notes and/or tasks you have added, but will be unable to add, change or delete them unless you purchase the registration code.

This license agreement will be superseded by the full-version license agreement when you purchase a license to Melon.

Number Nine Software offers volume discounts and site licenses should you wish to license multiple copies of Melon. For for more information about bulk licensing, please send an e-mail to info@numberninesoftware.com.

Melon and/or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. Melon may be redistributed to friends or associates without cost to them with all supplied files in its original executable archive format without our written permission. You may not sell or otherwise bundle Melon in a promotional package unless permission is received from Number Nine Software.

You may only copy and distribute the original distribution file that you received either from an authorized web site, or from another individual. You may NOT upload Melon to a freeware or shareware site without first receiving written permission from the authors of Melon.

No parts of Melon or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole, except as provided in the License Agreement. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from Melon. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Melon.

Upgrading

If you're upgrading from a previous version of Melon, simply run the uninstall routine from the previously installed version (select YES when prompted to remove Melon and all its components; select NO when prompted to delete the Melon directory) and then run the installation routine from this version. A license granted to use a previous version of Melon does NOT grant you a license to use this (or later) versions. You MUST agree to the terms of this license in order to install this version of Melon.

YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US THAT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
